What cookies are

They are small text files saved on your device by the websites you visit. They serve various purposes — from remembering settings, through security, to tracking behaviour for advertising.

What you won't find here

We'll start with what we don't do, because it's the shorter list and probably the more important one.

We don't run web analytics. We don't use Google Analytics or any similar tool. We don't know how many people visit this site or what they do on it.

We serve fonts from our own server, not from an external library — so simply loading the page doesn't connect you to a font provider's servers.

What cookies actually appear

Cloudflare technical cookies. Our site runs on the Cloudflare network, which protects it against abuse and keeps it available. For this purpose it may set technical cookies, for example __cf_bm, used to tell human traffic from bots. They are necessary for the site to work securely and, under the rules, do not require consent.

Meta pixel (Facebook). We run advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. To check whether they make sense, we use the Meta pixel — a tool that tells us how many people, after clicking an ad, reached the site and booked a table. The pixel only runs after your consent. If you don't give it, it won't be loaded and the site will work exactly the same. You can change your decision at any time using the button at the bottom of this page.

Google Maps — only after you click. On the home page and the contact page we provide a directions map from Google Maps. The map loads only once you click it yourself. Until that moment your browser does not connect to Google's servers at all, so no Google cookies are created.

By clicking the map, you accept that displaying it involves saving Google cookies (for example NID) and passing your IP address to Google. Google's terms are described in its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy

If you prefer not to connect to Google, don't click the map — we also give our address in plain text, and the "Open in Maps" button opens Google Maps in a separate tab, already outside our site.

What categories of files there are

Essential — Cloudflare technical files and the record of your consent decision. Without them the site won't work properly, so they don't require consent.

Marketing — the Meta pixel, loaded only after your acceptance.

How to manage cookies

You can block or delete them in your browser settings. Every browser does this differently — look for instructions in its help. Blocking the technical Cloudflare cookies may make the site harder to use.

You can reopen the consent banner at any time and change your decision about marketing cookies, regardless of your browser settings.
