How booking works here — no deposits, no small print.

These terms set out the rules for booking tables at RoyalPub at ul. Święty Marcin 71 in Poznań, run by RoyalPub Marek Rudnik, NIP (Polish tax ID) 5641154159.

How to book a table

You can book a table in two ways:

Sending the form is not a booking yet. Your booking is confirmed only when we get in touch — by phone or text, usually within an hour during opening times. Until then the table is not held.

If you don't get a confirmation from us, please call — sometimes the number is wrong or the message didn't come through.

Booking is free

We don't take deposits or any charges for booking a table. This also applies to larger groups.

How long we hold a table for a late guest

We hold a booked table for 30 minutes past the agreed time. After that we may release it.

If you know you'll be late, give us a call. Where we can, we'll hold the table longer.

Cancelling a booking

You can cancel a booking at any time, at no cost — by phone or by e-mail.

Please cancel as soon as you know you won't make it. A freed-up table goes to someone who's looking for a spot right now, and no-show bookings are a real problem for any restaurant.

Larger groups

For bookings of more than 15 people, please call us on 575 775 490. With that many guests we like to sort out the details in advance — table layout, a rough order and the time — so everything is ready when you arrive. Still no charges.

For private parties, birthdays and corporate events we agree the terms separately — write or call.

Sunday Roast

We serve Sunday Roast every Sunday from 12:00, while portions last. Booking a table does not guarantee a particular dish is available — Sundays can get busy and portions can run out.

Changes to your booking

You can change the number of guests, the date or the time by phone. For changes made shortly before the time, availability depends on how busy we are.

Complaints

If something went wrong, tell us — ideally right there on site, because that's usually when we can put it right. You can also write to royalpubpoznan@gmail.com. We reply within 14 days.
